Professor Jia Hongyu, national first-class artist, member of Chinese Musicians Association, member of China Association for Promoting Democracy, member of Henan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, owner of BA (Bachelor of Arts) of Art School at Henan University and MA (Master of Arts) of Beijing Normal University, ever won the Golden Award at National Worker Arts Festival Music Works Performance and performed for national leaders at the Great Hall of the People. She published books like From the Beauty of Classical Music to the Beauty of Art. Since her teaching at CMA in September, 2007, she won in succession CMA’s Best Guidance Award at 2007 and 2008 CMA Art Festival. Performances – Li and Ballet of Spring, guided by her, were staged on the closing ceremony of 2009 and 2010 CMA Art Festival and received unanimous praise from teachers and students. Harmonious China, another show guided by her, was performed for evaluation group of Ministry of Culture of P.R.C. and for the government of Tongzhou District. Her student, Xiehui, earned the second prize at Xinghai Cup Youth Singer Grand Competition. Another two students, Jia Weilin and Zhang Kang, won the Golden Award at 2011 International Cultural Exchange Art Festival Singapore.
