    Brief Introduction of Famous Professors of BJCMA

    Han Meilin   Distinguished Professor

      China's well-known painters, sculptors, decorative artists, National special contribution expert, the designer of the mascot “Fuwa” of Beijing Olympics. His works are famous both inside and outside the country. In recent years, he is dedicated to giant sculpture exploration and some of his giant sculpture works are startling the entire world.

    Zhai Heishan   Distinguished Professor

      Taiwan jazz music arbiter, the graduate of Berkeley College of Music. He is the first Taiwanese who study jazz music abroad, specialized in jazz guitar and jazz Arrangement. He has a high reputation in China and his attainments on jazz music are unparallel in Asia. He is the first Chinese who teaches "Jazz Music" in China’s Arts College, engaged in "Jazz Music" education for over 50 years, and published largest number of Jazz teaching books.

    Cui Dongliang   Dean of Arts Design School

      National special contribution expert, professor of Academy of Fine Arts,Tsinghua University. He’s gotten great achievement in many fields, especially arts design, arts works, decoration fundamentals research. He awarded lots of glorious honor in home and abroad, his works are fever collection in China.

    Wang Shaojie   Dean of Arts Design School

      Member of China Film Association and China's sound engineer Council, senior sound engineer in china film orchestra. With his exquisite technique and unique insight on the arts, he creates many pieces of well-known works in the thirty years of his professional career. As one of the most experience sound recordings expects, some of his works such as "Since an Road of Ancient Huashan Mountain", "Heart Sound" "Flying in the Sky", and other works won numerous awards on domestic and international film festivals. During his film orchestra work time, he worked as the chief sound engineer in nearly more than thousand largest music shows.

    Wang Yusu   Vice-president for Academics

      Member of the Chinese Musicians Association and the National Academies of Arts Solfeggio Society, Professor of Northeast Normal University, Master Instructor. Her solfeggio class is recorded by the China Education TV, the TV program spreading to Southeast Asia.

    Cai Hua   Distinguished Professor

      Music educator, doctoral tutor, member of the Chinese Musicians Association. In 2007 Asia international music competition, his students, Qiu yue, Li zuo were separately awarded solo flute gold metal and silver metal. Professor Cai hua also received the gold award of international Orchestra instructor in this competition.

    Ding Dan   Dean of Western Pop Music Department

      National first-class vocalist, the silver award winner of the tenth "Asia Sound "international pop music competition, the member of the CPPCC National Committee, Beijing.

    Yi Jiangfeng    Dean of Chinese Pop Music Department

      Graduated from the Arts College of People's Liberation Army, she’s the national first-class vocalist, the chief vocalist of China Air Force Song and Dance Ensemble.

    Zhu Haifeng   Dean of International Dance Department

      The first Chinese who got the certificate of professional tap dance teacher granted by Britain Imperial Dance Association, China’s first Tap Dance King. Collaborated with the President of Chicago Dance Association, he published the first Tap dance textbook for college students in China.

    Moreno Donadel   Distinguished Professor

      Moreno Donadel is an Italian pianist, composer and arranger. He started to study piano and accordion at the age of 6 with Mr. Rovro Mariano. He has worked as an arranger for BMG Recording Company and played Jazz, Latin and Pop music with world famous musicians such as Lee Konitz, Emi Richard, Enrica Bacchia, Francesco Bearzatti, Alberto Negroni, Enrico Granafei, Michelle Endrix, Mark Murphy, Ares Tavolazzi, Massimo Manzi, Bob Mover, David Boato, etc. In Italy, he has a Jazz Trio with bassist Lello Gnesutta and drummer Luca Bortoluzzi.

      Since 1998, he’s teaching Jazz piano at BJCMA. In 1999, he started his own Jazz Trio with Chinese Bassist and guitarist Liu Yue and Japanese drummer Izumi Koga. In 2006, he started a new Jazz band with American singer Jessica Meider, Chinese bassist Da Zhong and Chinese drummer Bei Bei. Since 2007, he goes regularly to Japan to perform with the famous Japanese guitarist Yasutaka Yoshioka.

    Izumi Koga   Distinguished Professor

      Graduated from Berklee College of Music, the first Jazz drum experts introduced into China by National Foreign experts Bureau
